Responsibilities:
- Attract and Retain Contractors: Prospect for new customers, focusing on residential small to medium-sized plastering contractors and builders, providing excellent service and products through DPO's expert business.
- Effective Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced DPO trade store managers to ensure seamless customer service.
- Supplier Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to maintain DPO's commitment to quality solutions and outstanding value.
Requirements:
- Account Management Experience: Preferably in the Plasterboard industry; experience in building products or related fields is highly desirable.
- Commercial Acumen: Understand market trends and customer needs.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Vital for building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Crucial for delivering high-quality service.
- Sense of Urgency: Comfortable engaging with customers promptly and proactively.
Desired Skills:
- Multilingual: Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous for diverse customer communication.
- Previous Plasterboard Experience: Previous experience is a plus.
