The position.
We are seeking an experienced practice manager to oversee our busy child psychology practice.
The successful applicant will be well supported by two office managers, our book keeper and accountant. The role is a three day per week part time permanent role.
The role involves the over sight of the smooth running of the practice and has prime responsibility for NDIS and Medicare compliance, fair work and safe work regulations compliance, payroll coordination, onboarding of new staff, liaison with major clients and NDIS billing and service agreements.

Established in 1997 John Waring and associates child and adolescent psychologists have helped many thousands of families. We have a dedicated and highly professional team of child focused psychologists and clinical psychologists.
We have a network of over 200 referring general practitioners, many schools, other allied health professionals, NDIS care coordinators, lawyers and courts. These referrers trust us to provide help to more than 220 children and families per week.

Essential Experience
- Competent business financial understanding
- Excellent understanding and experience with Medicare and NDIS billing
- Solid understanding of client privacy and psycho/legal obligations
- Competence with Excel
- Familiar with Halaxy patient record system.
