Lubricant Specialists Australia (LSA Oils) are an Australian, privately owned, manufacturer and distributor of lubricant products with sales offices in each state. We manufacture and market a full range of quality oils, and greases for mobile and fixed plant applications within the Automotive, Industrial, Commercial, Mining and Agriculture sectors under our suite of brands LSA Oils, Phoenix Lubricants, Lube Assist, QP Lubes and Synforce Lubricants.
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced, results driven sales professional to join our Dandenong branch to support and service our existing client base as well as develop and drive growth within the territory.
Reporting to the Branch Manager (VIC), this full-time position will manage a portfolio of existing customers in Northern and North Eastern areas of Melbourne, primarily selling our Phoenix Lubricants brand of products.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Service and maintain existing customers in an established territory using regular call cycle set by the Branch Manager.
- Conduct cold calls daily and identify opportunities to grow sales in your area.
- Follow up on all customer enquiries and sales leads in a timely manner.
- Identify & implement sales opportunities and record all details in Salesforce CRM.
- General administration, order processing, and technical sales support to your customers.
- Proactively liaise with other team members to ensure first class customer service.
About You
- Minimum 3 year’s on-road sales experience within automotive workshop, automotive aftermarket, or automotive parts sectors.
- Product knowledge and/or experience in the lubricants industry would be preferred and highly regarded.
- Formal business, trade or mechanical qualification an advantage.
- Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work independently.
- Enjoyment of working autonomously.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Excellent planning, time management & organisational skills.
- Proficient in the use of CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A current Australian Driver’s license is essential.
