About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team in Perth. In this role, you'll take charge of driving the company's growth in WA by building strong relationships and providing consultative, strategic, and differentiated sales leadership in the Technology and Mining market.
You will be responsible for managing an existing client list and leveraging the extensive Resources and Mining sector experience of our local and extended teams to drive continuous growth. Enabling the success of our sales team is our top priority. We will equip you for success and value your input on how we can continue to achieve.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will:
- Be the business owner of your territory, driving growth, expanding our reach, and keeping Orange Business at the forefront of the market.
- Be proactive in finding, qualifying, and nurturing strong opportunities, building a robust pipeline.
- Excel at closing deals that benefit both the organization and our valued customers, consistently surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate closely with customers, understanding their challenges and leveraging this knowledge to guide our internal teams towards the best solutions.
- Have a keen eye on the client's business and IT strategy, aligning it with industry trends and Orange Business offerings that deliver real value.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring sales success and positive experiences.
- Engage actively in our sales enablement training, leadership, and development programs to stay ahead in the market.
- Work closely with all business functions to deliver exceptional client experiences, leaving a lasting impact every day.
Role requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience selling to complex, strategic accounts.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in building strong business relationships and navigating complex sales processes.
- Familiarity with contemporary technology approaches in networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and/or smart industries.
- Experience in the Resources and Mining Sector is highly valued.
