As they aim to double their revenue within the next two years, they seek an experienced, ambitious, and driven Finance Manager to spearhead their financial strategy.
The Role:
As the Finance Manager, you'll lead a small dedicated team and act as a critical member of senior management. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:
- Ensure financial health through detailed forecasting and strategic alignment.
- Develop and refine financial models and cash flow projections.
- Deliver detailed performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and analyze significant variances.
- Maintain the accuracy of financial statements and manage comprehensive monthly reports.
- Support annual budget preparation and influence financial policy and spending.
- Oversee compliance and financial operations, bolstering our financial and commercial success.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of management accounting principles.
- Proficiency in managing complex financial data.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proven experience in financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.
- Strong compliance background and knowledge of ATO regulations.
- Extensive experience in the retail industry is highly advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related experience.
- CPA or CA certification is preferred.
- 5-7 years in a senior finance role, ideally in retail.
