We are seeking a Key Account Manager responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationship with key clients withing Altogether’s Energy and Water Portfolio (predominately Embedded Networks) for Altogether.
The Key Account Manager will serve as a contact point for key clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role is responsible for understanding the client needs and suggesting solutions, whilst ensuring services are being provided in line with contract and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with client stakeholders at the various building levels (BC s/OCs/strata managers/ FMs/RUM’s) including SME’s and C&I customers to inform and educate about products, services and sign-up processes
• Develop trusted relationships to ensure clients do not turn to the competition, including proposing solutions that meet the clients' objectives
• Facilitate and attend all community engagement functions related to your portfolio
• Create account management plans, and resolve any issues and problems faced by customers
• Be responsible for keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
• Answer customer enquiries and troubleshoot for the best outcome for the customer and the business
• Create, analyze and approve Client performance and financial reporting as required
About You
We’re looking for someone with account management experience, ideally, you’ve worked in the energy, strata, or embedded network industry. You’ve worked autonomously, managing stakeholders, identifying process improvements, and creating user stories accordingly. You have an eye for detail and can identify efficiencies easily.
• Experience in Account Management.
• Experience in the the utility or embedded network industry.
• Industry knowledge of Strata and Building Management
• Strong communication and presentation skills that cultivate and grow lasting business relationships both internally and externally
