Due to the ongoing success and growth of the business, we are currently seeking a well-presented and self-motivated Account Manager. Based in Belmont, this privately owned business specialises in manufacturing performance exhaust systems and is seeking a highly personable candidate to join the team.With an enjoyable and collaborative work environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and assisting with inbound phone inquiries. With a well-established industry reputation built over the last forty years, you will be surrounded by a highly knowledgeable team and no previous automotive sales experience is required for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Taking incoming sales inquiries and actioning in a timely manner Assist clients with their queries and provide technical solutions Provide quotations to customers Maintain regular contact with existing customers and build strong relationships Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional products and services which will benefit the client Maintain company database and input activities into CRM system Be the first point of contact for the client for related queries Meet with key accounts on a regular basis Key Requirements: A passion for building relationships and providing solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills Integrity, honesty & a passion for service Self-motivation, confidence, and a positive disposition Sound written, verbal, and computer literacy skills Current driver's license Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will work within a team of supportive Account Managers while receiving strong support, product, and services training, and a mobile phone, as well as being given the opportunity to progress within the company.
