Position Summary :

We’re a small but dynamic property marketing agency looking for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver tailored campaigns for a national business. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management for our Melbourne clients.. This role is incredibly varied and will give the right candidate the chance to show their creativity. You’ll be liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers daily so communication is key, and the environment is fast-paced and deadline driven; so your top skills will be time-management, efficiency, and being able to prioritise.

As Account Manager, you will be working with Burgess Rawson's VIC offices, overseeing the delivery of property marketing campaigns. You will play a pivotal role as first point of contact for the VIC leasing and asset management teams, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.

  • Expertise in Microsoft and Adobe Suite

  • Able to develop marketing strategy and campaign execution plans and budgets
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

Job Responsibility :

Account Management: VIC State office sales teams:

  • Manage all print media for Portfolio Campaign including booking of advertisements through Parise, managing pagination and communicating to design studio, and managing and communicating all booking and print deadlines to design studio
  • Create and provide tailored marketing schedules as per agent request, vendor requirement and budget
  • Liaise with external suppliers for quotes and rates on deliverables including but not limited to signboards, photography, videography, video editing and printing
  • Maintain properties in Campaign Status Report and communicate any changes, additions, withdrawals to Supamac team, and sales and/or accounts team where needed
  • Follow up signed schedules on deadline to ensure correct paperwork and legal documentation is received
  • Follow up magazine page approval on deadline to ensure Portfolio magazine is sent to print on time
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain communications from marketing to agency team and vice versa
  • Coordination, booking and briefing of all photography and videography.
  • Coordinate booking briefing and printing of standalone brochures if requested
  • Maintain Streamtime system and ensure all expenses, quotes and purchase orders for your clients' campaigns are recorded and communicated effectively
  • Maintain overall Campaign Status Report to ensure true and correct at all times for the rest of the SM team
  • Manage end to end ordering of signboards for office properties including artwork creation and sign off, ordering of boards and sold stickers, removals and keeping track of active signboards
  • Create and send as per agent approval, property EDMs through Campaign Monitor, as necessary and as per EDM schedule
  • Oversee the delivery of all property narrowcasts across the eastern seaboard, either writing or outsourcing the writing of content, creation in Campaign Monitor and sending as per agent approval
  • Create and share campaign narrowcast schedule in line and complementary to campaign EDM schedule
  • Manage all incoming supplier invoices when received on behalf of your client, forward to Accounts Team in a timely manner and ensure accurate POs are entered into Streamtime
  • Attend Melbourne Portfolio Auctions when requested and assist the team with the general running of the event
  • Support the NSW & QLD Account Manager in the delivery of Portfolio Magazine including pagination, index, editorial and layout

Account Management - VIC State Leasing and Asset Management teams:

  • Oversee all marketing activities for the Melbourne office leasing and asset management teams including marketing schedule creation, supplier quotes, photography/videography booking and briefing, standalone brochure briefing and printing, eblast creation and sending, signboard creation and ordering, and any other property marketing as requested by these departments
  • Attend weekly leasing marketing meetings
  • Manage and communicate any leasing content to feature in Portfolio Magazine as requested by the department, and identify any new opportunities to include leasing content to ensure fair exposure of the service area
  • Manage all incoming supplier invoices when received on behalf of your client, forward to Accounts Team in a timely manner and ensure accurate POs are entered into Streamtime
  • Liaise with Melbourne Admin team to ensure leasing/asset management listings are published as per signed marketing schedule
