Account Sales Manager - NSW
Riverina based company Meditrina Beverages Pty Ltd recently acquired a piece of Australian winemaking history with the purchase of Warburn Estate. Boasting a superb range of award winning wines Meditrina Beverages mission is to continue the tradition of over-delivering on affordable wines from the Riverina and beyond. To execute this mission and support future plans, an exciting opportunity has become available for an energetic and ambitious Account Sales Manager to service NSW.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
- Develop quality relationships with retail clients and facilitate sustainable account growth;
- Drive distribution, promotional activity and sales consistent with the commercial wine category and our brands;
- Build the profile of the brands advocacy, consumer tastings and customer presentations;
- Provide feeback to National Sales team on distribution, promotional activity and market intelligence.
The ideal candidate will:
- Report directly to the National Sales Manager;
- Have at least 1-2 years recent experience with a FMCG business;
- Benefit from wine industry knowledge and experience but not essential as on the job training/mentoring will be provided;
- Be well presented with effective communication and organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail;
- Demonstrate effective skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Publisher;
- Have the ability to grow existing relationships, build new business and demonstrate an attitude to succeed;
- Require a current valid driver’s licence as a pre-requisite.
A competitive salary package of circa $120,000 plus own car allowance, iPhone & laptop will be on offer to the successful applicant.
