We are looking for an energetic and positive person with a background in accounting to join our fast-paced Brisbane office.

About the Opportunity

The Red Union Support Hub provides insurance and industrial support to our members. We provide these services to nurses, teachers, police officers, doctors and other industries across Australia and New Zealand.

Your role would be to provide quality accounting and tax services to our members, as well as dealing with internal staff matters.

You will receive a profit share and a potential stake in equity of the company.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

• Registration as a tax agent
• Ability to meet operational targets through effective communication
• Computer and software literacy
• Ability to work independently and potentially build a team
• Positive attitude and honest work ethic
• Commitment to Red Union's values

This is a full-time position. We will require the successful candidate to be able to commence employment with us as soon as possible.

It is also a requirement of employment to be able to work in person at our headquarters in Bowen Hills.

Regular working hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, and the pay point will be approximately $100k p.a.
