We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Personal Assistant for our client who is a leader in their field! It is an EXTREMELY exciting time to join the business as they go from strength to strength! You will support an inspiring director in a 1:1 support role.
Who is the perfect candidate?
We are looking for someone that has proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Tasks will be broad and will include:
- Diary and email management;
- Travel coordination;
- Report and presentation preparation;
- Event coordination; and
- Ad hoc administrative duties for senior leadership team.
