We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dedicated team and contribute to the financial management of our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices including cash management, payroll, financial disbursements, ledgers etc.
- Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for projects and for the organization.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation.
- Create financial reports that provide insight into key data to the executive management team.
- Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry for at least 3 Years.
- Strong understanding of accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero and advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
