Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Following with customer invoices
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and business plans.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to improve business performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
