Role purpose:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Accountant Assistant in our office in Ruse. Join our Finance team and support us with accounts payables functions contributing to the success of the team and the organization and advising on improvement.
Key duties:
- Book primary accounting documents in specialized accounting software
- Reconciliation of the remittances of our main customer - Amazon
- Create primary accounting documents in Amazon's System
- Create financial disputes in Amazon's working platform Vendor Central
- Check the transactions part of the Amazon remittances and validate them against the Agreements signed and against the terms and conditions of the Amazon platform
- Update different accounting and financial reports
- Comply with company rules and procedures
Requirements:
Your skills:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Education degree in Economics (Accounting is an advantage)
- Previous experience in the Finance/Accounting/Banking area will be an advantage
- Decent understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
- Ability to consistently demonstrate personal drive and accountability for great performance
- Friendly and communicative approach
- Desire to learn and develop
