Accountant To Senior Accountant

OPPORTUNITY

The Accountant to Senior Accountant will provide tax and advisory services and will be require the candidate to:

• Work directly with our best clients and assist them with all aspects of their business including providing exceptional customer service, deliver high quality work and trouble shoot client issues as required;
• Mentor junior staff;
• Work closely with the directors to provide budgeting and forecasting for a variety of clients;
• Be open to the opportunity to grow a client base including managing workflow, client relationships and provide more detailed client advice. 

THE PERSON

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 4+ years accounting experience in public practice
• CA/CPA qualified or near completion
• Loves being part of a business that really makes a different for their clients
• Has great communication skills
• Is adaptable, proactive and resilient
• Has great attention to details
• Is team focused and willing to help
• Has a friendly, fun personality; and,
• Obviously has great accounting skills around financial statements, income tax returns, GST, CGT and FBT. Proficient at using Xero and previous client management experience would also be great too!
