Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and maintain accounting reconciliations.
- Generate and present monthly financial management reports.
- Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS).
- Utilise the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for various accounting tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain organised records and demonstrate strong planning skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in comprehensive accounting processes.
- Proficiency in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Experience with Business Activity Statements.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated organisational and planning abilities.
- Dealership experience is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with Xero Accounting Software is a plus.
