We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant/Account Executive to join our branch in the Sydney area. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience and possess at least a diploma in accounting or a related field. This role requires strong skills in company management, finance, and accounting.
Responsibilities include assisting in company management and day-to-day operations, reviewing financial statements and reports, preparing monthly budgeting and forecasting expenses, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, support month-end and year-end close process, handling online monthly/quarterly BAS filings and liaise with external tax firms, performing or reviewing weekly payroll processing, and responding to Group Top Management's requirements.
To qualify for this position, applicants must have relevant work experience in accounting or financial management, possess a diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, have strong skills in company management, finance, and accounting, demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, be proficient in accounting software and the MS Office Suite, and be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on individual ability. Other benefits include statutory superannuation, an annual staff bonus, and yearly salary review. Working hours are from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
