The key to our success is our people and that in part has been driven by the achievements of staff who joined as an undergraduate/recent graduate. You may be working towards completing your degree or have recently graduated.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
Our standards are high, but we're interested in you as a person, not just your academic record.
We're looking for people who:
- hold (or are working towards completing) an undergraduate degree with a major in accounting;
- are systematic and organised with a strong attention to detail;
- have a strong client focus;
- are positive and enthusiastic, self motivated and mature minded,
- can communicate their ideas well;
- are able to work well under pressure;
- can contribute as a team member within a fast-paced environment; and
- want to make a difference and assist "Regional Australians to Grow Regional Australia".
