Strategic Tax is a small, dynamic accounting firm committed to providing professional accounting and taxation services to its clients. We are seeking a Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, is well organised, has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Access Handisoft Practice Management Software and Xero will be highly regarded
To succeed in this position you should have previous office administration experience in a professional environment or alternatively have transferable skills and abilities to efficiently learn and perform the following responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Reception duties including answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments and maintaining staff areas
General office duties including processing mail, banking, filing, photocopying, maintaining stationery and office equipment and running errands
Administration duties including liaising with the ATO, processing statutory lodgements, records management, compliance tasks and preparing newsletters
Accurate and efficient management of client and accounting data using Microsoft Office and accounting / government software platforms
