About the role
Protech Cairns are recruiting for a skilled and experienced Administrator Officer.
You will be an integral part of the team working closely with various departments, obtaining quotes and establish and maintain project control register.
Key Duties
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements
- Managing project documentation and S&Q's
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Establish and Maintain project control register (PCR)
- Responding to emails and other forms of communication
- Complete Records Management tasks such as batching and profiling
- Diploma in Business or relevant experience working in an administrative/ project support role
- Strong Excel Spreadsheet experience
- Professional customer service skills
- Good eye for detail
- Strong data entry skills
- Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Candidate must be an Australian Citizen
- $33 - $36 per hour
- Short and long term contract available
- Allowances covered
