PS TACS is a small, dynamic accounting firm committed to bringing quality and affordable professional services to local businesses. We are seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, is well organised, has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Access Handisoft Practice Management Software will be highly regarded
To succeed in this position you should have previous office administration experience in a professional environment or alternatively have transferable skills and abilities to efficiently learn and perform the following responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Reception duties including answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments and maintaining staff areas
- General office duties including processing mail, banking, filing, photocopying, maintaining stationery and office equipment and running errands
- Administration duties including liaising with the ATO, processing statutory lodgements, records management, compliance tasks and preparing newsletters
- Accurate and efficient management of client and accounting data using Microsoft Office and accounting / government software platforms
