Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team to assist our Accounts department and Insurance department.
The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail, be willing to work as part of a team and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
We are looking for the right person. Experience is great, but a great person is better. We will provide training in the areas of the role as required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, billing, and collections.
- Levy Arrears Recoveries
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Coordinate insurance policies for managed properties, including processing claims and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Serve as a point of contact for insurance-related inquiries from clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members and external contractors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in accounting and Insurance Administration roles would be preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively as you will be working within two departments.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
