The Role
You will work closely with the advertising, market research, production, sales, and distribution teams. Located in North Caulfield, our clients are searching for an Administration person with Accounting knowledge and who prides themselves on their work ethic and very strong at Customer Service skills.
You will be part of an extraordinary Finance team who reward and recognise excellence in their people.
Your very busy day will include:
- Dealing with invoices from hotels, generating them and sending to clients
- Loading new clients and suppliers onto their system
- Generating invoices from credit card companies and dealing with issues and follow- ups
- Reconciliation
- Receipting
- Creditors
- Data entry
- General Ad hoc Admin
To be successful, you need to exhibit the following skills -
- Previous work experience in an Administrative or Finance role
- Excel at customer service
- Have outstanding oral and written skills
- Be able to work in a team and be able to prioritise
- Problem solving and initiative is a must
