Care Agency Services is a Queensland staffing agency based in Brisbane City specialising in temporary agency Aged Care and Disability Support Workers, servicing both large and smaller not-for-profit and community based organisations throughout Southeast Queensland.
The expansion of the company has necessitated inviting additional people to join our office team on a PART TIME basis with the possibility of increased hours as the demand arises.
Your Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not restricted to;
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Minutes of meetings
- Interacting with clients and care workers
- Administration tasks as directed by the GM
This role will initially be on a casual basis for approximately 15 hours per week with a view to moving to PART TIME. The 3 X 5 hour days per week can be negotiated for the right candidate. We are located in Brisbane city right next to Central train station.
You Will Need
To be successful in the position you will need to enjoy working in a high pressure but fun environment with a team of like-minded people. Similar experience working in accounts and admin is essential.
You will also need to:
- Work well and efficiently under pressure
- Possess excellent client communication skills
- Be a creative thinker and proactive
- Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possess good knowledge of MYOB or equivalent software
