About the role
We are looking for someone to join our Accounts Team on a part-time basis..
Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, you will play key role within the Accounting Function. In this role you will be responsible for the Accounts Payable Function, you will also assist with data entry and reconciliations to help prepare monthly accounts. This function plays a vital role within the Finance department. This is a part-time role working 3 days per week, Monday-Friday.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Accounts Payable Function
- Monitoring Exchange rates
- Managing Corporate Credit Cards
- Cashflow Maintenance
- Other General Operation duties within the accounting function.
- Administration duties that encompass streamlining the ERP system, and other administration duties as required.
- Cross training in specific roles to cover planned and unplanned leave.
Qualifications, Attributes, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in Accounts Administration / Accounts Payable roles.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to complete work within established deadlines and timeframes.
- Experience working with computer based integrated information systems (eg MS Navision)
- Intermediate level knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Attention to detail at all times, ensuring completeness of tasks and accuracy
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner and self-motivated.
- Flexible, professional, and responsive approach to meet the needs of the business.
