City of Newcastle (CN) has an exciting opportunity for an
Event Coordinator to support our Venues team and work closely with clients to coordinate quality event experiences across our venues for hire, including City Hall, Fort Scratchley, Newcastle Museum and Civic Theatre. This is a part-time, fixed term role working 21 hours across 3 days per week until May 2025.Drawing upon your experience in a similar role, you will be the main contact and liaison for assigned clients and will manage all aspects of client engagement throughout the event booking, planning and delivery process.
