Then we may be just what you are looking for! Our office is based in the leafy outer east (Heathmont) and our close-knit team is on the hunt for our next team member.
We are looking for someone 25 hours a week, working hours would be Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.45pm.
Our team is all about our relationships with our clients. They are the reason we exist. This role will involve you interacting with our clients daily as well as arranging fun events to take them out on.
What you will do...
- Accounts & Bookkeeping tasks (Xero)
- Debtor management
- Manage payment gateways and reconcile transactions
- Take client phone calls and setup tickets
- Arrange quarterly events for our clients and team
- Assist with all thing’s admin in the office
- Work closely with our CEO on the planning and development of the group
