Qualifications & experience
- Finance & Banking Background
- Professional in MS Office and familiarity with mortgage software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills such as reliability, flexibility and punctuality
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a patient and professional approach
- Well spoken, enthusiastic and have a professional presentation
Tasks & responsibilities
Client Communication: Communicate with clients, gather necessary documentation, and provide updates on the mortgage application process.
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain client information and loan details in our database.
File Management: Organize and manage physical and digital client files, ensuring all documents are complete and up-to-date.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings for mortgage brokers with clients and partners.
Documentation: Assist in preparing and reviewing loan documents, disclosures, and closing statements.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support: Provide administrative support to mortgage brokers, including preparing reports and handling phone calls.
