Position Description
You will work alongside like-minded team members who are passionate about their business' brand and customer base. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited too:
- Process supplier invoices
- Reconciliations
- Handle supplier queries
- Update freight rates and match freight invoices
- Process customer receipts
- Assist with collection of overdue accounts
- Administrative duties
- Customer service duties
Ideal Candidate

- Prior experience in a similar Accounts position (1-2 years ideally), or have studied in finance
- Excellent communication and phone manner
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
