Key responsibilities for this role:
Reporting to the Regional Accountant in Gippsland, the Administration Officer is responsible for delivering versatile administrative supportacross multiple functions: accounting and finance, health & safety, fire, office reception and other administrative duties.
Other aspects of this role include;
- Provide positive customer service and maintain professional relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Be highly organised, agile and adaptable to changes in priorities.
- Work with great people,and help support the efficient management of our offices across Gippsland.
- Administrative tasks including phone,mail, event management, stocking of office supplies and general office support.
- Finance tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Provision of administration support to finance and the operations of HVP Gippsland
- Enter, monitor, and extract data and records across a number of systems and software.
To thrive in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Contemporary and relevant experience in administration or similar role.
- Proven ability in working in teams, and managing quality work outcomes within strict time constraints.
- High attention to detail with ability to prioritise activities.
- Possess skills to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Think innovatively and implement programs within budgets.
- Communicate clearly and confidently.
Other information
- This position may require you to travel to other HVP office locations and at times, overnight travel. A current Australian driver’s licence is required.
