We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our growing team as an Accounts Administrator.
Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Reconcile invoices and receipts
- Prepare financial reports and statements - Assist with payroll processing.
- Handle vendor and client communications regarding payment inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or finance essential. Bookkeeping or accounting experience an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
