Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join an energetic team based in Labrador.
Our client is a leading residential builder specialising in custom homes, investment properties and knock down rebuilds. Due to recent growth and success our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Administrator to handle their Accounts requirements from their Labrador office.

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable, general invoicing via XERO and DATABUILD
- Payroll
- Perform data entry and format documents such as reports, schedules and general correspondence
- Assist in preparing monthly BAS returns, quarterly audits and bank reconciliations
- General administrative support for the office
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Understanding of Accounts processing and exposure to accounting software;
- Databuild and Xero knowledge is a must
- High computer literacy and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and good time management
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experienced within the Building Construction industry will be highly regarded
