The Role
Senior Administrator / Finance at our Head Office on the Sunshine Coast, supporting the Administration & Finance Teams to provide administrative/financial services ensuring meet delivery requirements across the group. Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support as the go-to person
- Delivering excellent customer service, both over the phone and in person
- Ensuring WPHS administrative compliance across company and third-party portals
- Managing GL & bank reconciliations across group of companies
- Handling accounts payable & debt collection
- Conducting financial analysis
- Managing month end processes, incl. monthly reporting
- Overseeing weekly payroll
- Supervising staff inductions, maintaining company registers, and handling licences & qualifications

Who are you?
- A self-starter with initiative, who is bright and cheerful
- Administrative expert who has experience with compliance or the confidence to learn
- A finance professional with 3-4yrs solid experience in busy multi entity environment and strong problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and processes
- Experienced with BAS, payroll tax, account reconciliations & cost tracking
- Organised, confident, and decisive with excellent time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word & Excel
- Eager to make a difference and progress your career
