About the Organisation
Our client is a dynamic organisation dedicated to excellence in commercial construction. Seeking a motivated individual to join the team as an Accounts Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input supplier/subcontractor invoices into Workbench and transfer to XERO.
- Reconcile weekly temporary labour invoices with timesheets.
- Prepare and upload payment batches for authorization.
- Set up new suppliers in XERO & Workbench.
- Liaise with suppliers and QS on invoice issues.
- Reconcile monthly supplier statements.
- Maintain filing system.
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll
- Primary contact for IT support.
- Monitor mobile data usage and phone plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Data entry skills.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Must have experience with Xero, and SmartPayroll.
- Workbench experience is advantageous.
- Competitive Salary based on experience | $70,000 - $85,000
