Trenchless Pipelaying Contractors are looking for new members to join our expanding team.

We are a South Australian family owned and operated company that was established in 1993. TPC specialise in directional drilling and civil construction providing services to many industries throughout the state.

Job Description - We are currently seeking a hands-on team player to join our administration team. You will work within a small team environment undertaking a variety of tasks to assist in the day to day operation of administration requirements & meeting of tight monthly deadlines. 

We are seeking applicants available to work between 3-5 full time days per week with flexible start and finish times available.  The successful applicant will report directly to the Administration Manager whilst also taking direction from other Senior Team Members when required.

The role responsibilites working alongside the exisitng accounts team would be as follows: 

• Accounts Payable (Purchase Order entry, collation of invoices, data entry, distribute for approval, payment of invoices in the accounting software)
• Accounts Receivable (Invoicing out, Apply EFT payments & update outstanding debtors report on a daily basis, chase up overdue accounts from Clients as required)
• Assist with processing timesheets and payroll 
• Arrange travel for field teams to distant locations
• Maintain Vehicle & Plant Registration, Service History and Fuel Usage
• Maintain Employee Certification Records
• Assist with maintaining and updating records on our cloud-based safety system
• Undertake general office duties to ensure the Administration/Accounts department performs as a strong support to the business operations
• Abide by the Company WHS Safety system

While some experience in an administration role would be an advantage, accounting experience is not a mandatory requirement for this role, as on the job training is provided. if you consider yourself an honest, reliable hard worker that is interested in this position do not hesitate to apply.
