Your new companyOur client is a leading importer, distributor, and wholesaler of Asian food and beverage products.

Your new roleThis role reports to the accountant and requires you to perform day-to- day accounting duties as mentioned below:

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry
• Process Account Payable/Receivable Invoices and Payments
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and carriers
• Managing overdue Customer Payments
• Managing reports
• Other general administrative activities were required.

What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be responsible for the duties outlined above and will require the following:

Essential experience

• Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) speakers
• Minimum 2 years previous experience, preferably in the Accounts payable/receivable role
• Exposure to any Accounting Software would be highly regarded
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Demonstrate friendly and helpful interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a small team
• Can have an attitude and willingness to show initiative
• Capable of meeting deadlines
• Be highly organised, proactive and remain calm under pressure.
• Importance of accuracy and high attention to detail
• Good communication skills
