Hartley's Body Corporate Management are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our Graceville Head Office.
The successful candidate will enjoy working with an experienced and supportive team, respected for a positive office environment and team culture.
Key duties include:
- Prepare and review financial reports, including variance analysis / processing of financial adjustments.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage the preparation of tax returns / BAS reporting.
- Term deposit management
- General accounts support
- New building establishment
About You:
- Prior experience in an accounts assistant or similar finance role is desirable.
- Possess strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately enter numerical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent time management skills & ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and use of accounting software
