Our client has been around for over 40 years and is a Not-For-Profit community support organisation. They are looking for a Part-time (3 days per week or 5 days per week school hours) Accounts Administrator to join their supportive team in Ropes Crossing.
This role is a casual position with strong views to permanency for the right candidate after the 6-month qualifying period.
Your new role will include:
- Accounts payable and receivable duties
- Calculating, recording, inputting and processing financial data
- Use of the MYOB system
- Assisting in preparing customer invoices
- Matching payments to invoice numbers
- Reconciliation of Credit Cards
- Assisting customers with any questions or inquiries
- General filing and record keeping
- Additional administrative tasks as required
- Experience with both Accounts Payable and Receivable or experience in a similar Accounts Administrator role
- Experience using the MYOB system
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- High-level communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team
- A current driver's license and your own reliable vehicle (public transport is limited)
