The Role on Offer
Reporting to the Accounts & Administration Manager, this new position has arisen due to the sustained success & expansion of our team. The role will perform broad financial and administrative tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, expenses management, document control & office administration. An immediate priority will also be to provide integral administrative support to our implementation team as we migrate to a new ERP, NetSuite.
The successful candidate will be tech savvy with previous experience in similar roles within small-medium business environments. They will be excited by the prospect of supporting our expansion into a larger company in accordance with our business plan. It will suit someone with strong attention to detail who genuinely enjoys contributing to the overall goals of the team.
Important Note: Our ordinary hours of work are 7am-3pm Mon – Thu & 6am -1pm Fri. Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to accommodate these hours, however flexibility will be considered upon request.
You'll ace this role if you have…
- Previous experience in a Finance Admin/Accounts role with knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes
- Tech savvy with previous experience using an ERP System (implementation experience a bonus! (we are migrating to NetSuite)
- Excellent attention to detail, organised & self-driven
- Confident communicator – both written & verbal
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word
- Certification III or IV in a relevant field (desirable, not essential)
- Understanding of legislative requirements & basic accounting principles
- Full working rights in Australia
