Our head adviser has over 40 years of experience within the industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Administration support for our financial adviser
• Preparing simple Records of Advice for our clients
• Filing of paperwork
• Daily insurance and investment administration and operational tasks, such as client
onboarding activity, investment reporting and investment applications
• Management of emails
• Confirming investment trades have been completed, using different platforms
Answering phone calls from clients or greeting clients at reception
The ideal candidate will possess:
Passion – You really want to work in the financial planning industry and gain knowledge.
Written and Numerical Skills – Able to write a fluid, coherent, document such as an email,
letter, or simple Record of Advice. Excellent numeracy required.
Attention to Detail – Do it once, do it right. Ensuring accuracy within your tasks.
Microsoft Office Skills – You can demonstrate speed and competency with the Microsoft Office
365 suite.
Organisational Skills- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.

Required:
• Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days to 4 days, within school hours.
• A Go getter, someone who can work autonomously and get the job done without constant
follow up.
We are happy to train the right person for the role. Previous financial industry experience is not
required but a good attitude and common sense is.
