Our Sydney office is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team on an initial 6-month contract. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the preparation of financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support with payroll processing and related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in an administrative, bookkeeping or accounting role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Xero is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Able to work from out CBD office from Tuesday-Thursday
