Pacific Blue Metal Pty Ltd are seeking a Full-Time Administration Assistant that is a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, written and verbal and an upbeat attitude. Candidate’s must be able to multitask by being able to complete operations of a weighbridge and administration office duties. The successful candidate must be prepared and responsive and have a willingness to meet each challenge directly. They must be comfortable with computer’s and Microsoft Office package and MYOB Accountright experience is essential.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Weighbridge operations and truck allocations. (Training will be provided)
- Screening phone calls and directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Verbal quotes over the phone and via email.
- Using data bases to create reports.
- Greet, assist and induct visitors.
- Experience in using Accounting System MYOB, Including processing payroll for STP.
- Maintain polite and professional manger via phone, email and in person.
Requirement’s:
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft office package.
- Prior administration experience is a must. Preferably using MYOB accounting system.
- Payroll Experience is a must.
- Desire to be proactive and create positive experience for others.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to start immediately
