Exodas Pty Ltd, Head Office is located in Yatala (QLD) with depots located in Warnervale (NSW), Bowen, Townsville, Tully and Mareeba.
We are a seeking a full time Administration Clerk with experience in Operations Administration to join our team in Yatala.
As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for the following tasks but not limited to:
- Data entry of bookings
- Email correspondence
- Telephone queries
- Updating bookings
- Manifesting delivery and pick up loads
- Liaising with clients and staff
- Reporting weekly to management
- Daily use of excel spreadsheets
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in a similar position within the Transport/Logistics Sector
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety responsibilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
- Ability to work one rostered weekend day every four weeks
