Downs Auto Cure is a local family owned business situated in Toowoomba, which offers general automotive servicing and repairs to all makes and models, automotive air conditioning servicing and repairs as well as specialist diagnostic services.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person, preferably with 10 plus years experience in office administration to join our team.
This position is available for approximately a 22 week period, due to regular employee taking maternity leave.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Job costing
- Invoicing
- Management of social media platforms
- Management of accounts payable, from purchase order stage through to reconciliation, with follow up enquiries regarding incorrect payments, outstanding invoices etc.
- Reception duties, including phone calls and greeting customers in a polite, professional and friendly manner
- Outgoing mail and banking
- Various clerical and administrative tasks, such as filing
You must have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills across all channels - written, phone and face to face
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Computer skills
- Accounting knowledge
- Time management skills
- Neat and tidy appearance
- Good driving record
