The Administration Clerk will provide support to the client project team in the following areas
o Printing and compiling commissioning work packs.
o Completing compliance checks on drawings i.e., checking drawings
have been signed-off by construction and commissioning personnel.
o Uploading drawings to Clients Document Control System.
o Completing drawing back drafting requests to Client’s drawing
contractors
o Uploading of documentation to clients Completions Management
System (CMS)
o Preparing reports from clients Completions Management System
o Completing required tasks on clients Enterprise Resource Planning
system i.e., SAP
o Assisting with the upkeep of various SharePoint registers e.g.,
instrument calibration, key, training, etc.
o Onboarding of new Commissioning personnel
o Processing general administrative tasks
