As our client’s Warranty Wizard, you'll navigate through the complexities of warranty claims, ensuring each one meets the mark from submission to resolution. Here's what you'll tackle:
- Process and verify all warranty paperwork, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
- Handle, track, and resolve all warranty claims, including those that are returned, rejected, or adjusted.
- Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile warranty receivables and secure payments.
- Coordinate with parts suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring timely shipment and resubmission of parts for warranty claims.
- Ensure all service technicians’ reports are precise and adhere to warranty guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of time and parts involved in warranty services.
- Experience in administration or handling warranty claims.
- Strong communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
