Randazzo Properties NT Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts /Admin Officer with a 'can-do' attitude. Based in Sturart Park, NT the position provides an opportunity for a motivated person, with excellent attention to detail to join our local Accounts Team.
Duties are varied and include (but not limited to):Accounts:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations using MYOB.
- Prepare and maintain financial records including spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Assist other finance team member as required
Administrative Support:
- Assist with office administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling correspondence and reception.
- Ensure proper documentation of transactions, contracts, and other relevant records.
- Data entry using Microsoft Excel
- Assist in the preparation of company policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to our Facilities Team as required
Communication:
- Liaise with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to address enquiries and facilitate smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure proper flow of information.
- Minimum 3 years Accounts experience using MYOB,
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently as a member of a small team.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to providing high quality services to internal and external stakeholders.
- IT savvy and competent in using the complete MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity within the workplace.
- You must hold a current NT Drivers' License
Desirable and Advantageous:
- Certificate IV or higher in Accounting or Business Administration
- + 5 years in either Accounts receivable/Payable or bookkeeping roles
