The Organisation

Boasting the most talented creative staff in the industry we are now looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Head Office in Sydney.
The Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director and working with the Operations Manager, this role will be instrumental in ensuring the day-to-day finance activities are captured accurately and efficiently daily.
Key responsibilities are:
- All aspects of accounts and payroll in XERO
- Process of Invoices to Clients
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Monthly Payroll Management (20 salaried staff)
- Payroll related compliance, including PAYG, workers compensation & superannuation
- Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Maintain electronic financial records
- Perform administration duties as required
The Skills & Experience
Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels internally and externally to the organisation, the successful candidate will have high energy levels, excellent business administration skills and strong attention to detail. Strong Excel and Xero experience will also be required. You will be an ambitious self-starter with a ‘can-do’ approach who is highly organised and can help take this dynamic group to the next level.
You will have the support of an enthusiastic, successful, and motivated team and a focused business strategy dedicated to building on the vision of the Founder.

The is a permanent part time office-based position with a salary guide of $65,000 - $70,000 + Super Pro-Rata. Standard hours are 9:00am to 1pm. Some flexibility may be required from time to time.
Our offices are in St Leonards and close to public transport.
