Job Description
Australia’s oldest auction house, Theodore Bruce Auctioneers & Valuers offers regular auctions in all collecting areas, including fine arts, antiques, books, fashion & collectables. We are currently expanding and seeking an organised and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our busy and friendly team. Reporting to our Operations & Stock Movement Manager, your role will include customer liaison, payments and collections assistance.
Employment
Full-Time | Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Skills and experience
- Accounts or financial experience highly regarded
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Good judgment, professionalism and attention to detail
- Experience working in a team environment and the ability to multi-task
- An interest in the auction industry
- Willingness to learn and be open to constructive feedback
