Qualifications & experience
- Minimum three years bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Tasks & responsibilities
- Lead a small team of bookkeepers responsible for Accounts Payable
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with Payroll preparation
